2. Our Products and Services

We provide printed signage, display products, packaging, point-of-sale materials, stationery, stickers, labels and other printed or customised products.

We make every reasonable effort to display product descriptions, specifications, dimensions and colours accurately. However, colours shown on screen may differ slightly from the finished printed product due to differences in monitors, materials, inks and production methods.

Product images may be used for illustrative purposes only.

3. Placing an Order

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

You are responsible for checking that all details provided are correct before submitting your order, including:

  • product specifications and quantities
  • dimensions and finishing options
  • delivery information
  • uploaded artwork
  • personalised text or designs

An order is not considered accepted until we have confirmed it or begun processing it.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including where a product has been incorrectly priced, information supplied is incomplete, or we are unable to fulfil the order.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices shown on the website are displayed in pounds sterling (£).

Prices may be shown either inclusive or exclusive of VAT depending on the area of the website. The applicable VAT amount will be displayed before checkout where required.

Delivery charges and any additional production charges will be shown before an order is completed.

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Any price changes will not affect orders already accepted by us.

5. Custom and Personalised Products

Many of our products are produced specifically to the customer's requirements.

You are responsible for ensuring that all customisation information, measurements, quantities, materials and specifications supplied to us are accurate.

Once production has started, personalised or made-to-order products may not be changed or cancelled.

Products created specifically to your instructions may also be excluded from normal cancellation or return rights where permitted by law.

6. Artwork and Print Files

Where artwork is supplied by the customer, you are responsible for ensuring that the artwork is:

  • accurate
  • correctly sized
  • of sufficient quality and resolution
  • supplied in an appropriate format
  • free from spelling, grammar or design errors
  • legally permitted for you to use

Unless an artwork checking or design service has specifically been purchased, we may print artwork as supplied.

We are not responsible for errors contained within artwork approved or supplied by the customer.

Minor variations in colour, positioning, trimming and finishing may occur as part of normal commercial printing tolerances.

7. Artwork Approval

Where we provide an artwork proof, production will normally begin only after the proof has been approved.

It is your responsibility to carefully check the proof before approval.

Once artwork has been approved, you accept responsibility for the design, wording, spelling, dimensions and other details shown.

Changes requested after approval may result in additional charges and delays.

8. Intellectual Property

You must have permission to use any logos, photographs, designs, trademarks, fonts or other intellectual property supplied to us.

By submitting artwork, you confirm that its production will not infringe the rights of any third party.

You agree to indemnify us against reasonable claims arising from materials you have supplied without the appropriate rights or permissions.

The content, graphics, branding and materials appearing on this website remain the property of The Signage Company or their respective copyright holders unless otherwise stated.

9. Production Times

Any production or turnaround times shown on our website are estimates unless we explicitly confirm otherwise.

Production times generally begin once we have received:

payment, complete order information and approved artwork where applicable.

Delays caused by incomplete artwork, customer changes or requests for additional proofs may affect the estimated completion date.

10. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the product, quantity, destination and courier.

We will make reasonable efforts to dispatch orders within the stated timeframe but cannot guarantee a specific delivery date unless expressly agreed.

We are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control, including delays caused by couriers, weather, industrial action or other unforeseen circumstances.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

11. Inspecting Your Order

Customers should inspect goods as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

If you believe an item is damaged, defective, incorrect or missing, please contact us as soon as possible at [Insert Contact Email], providing your order number and photographs where appropriate.

We may request that damaged or defective products are retained while we investigate the issue.

12. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Standard, non-personalised products may be eligible for cancellation or return in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Custom-made, personalised or printed products may not normally be returned simply because the customer has changed their mind.

Where a product is faulty, damaged or does not match the agreed specification, please contact us so that we can investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, reprint or refund.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights.

13. Customer-Supplied Measurements

Where products are manufactured using dimensions supplied by the customer, you are responsible for ensuring those measurements are correct.

We cannot accept responsibility for products that have been correctly manufactured according to incorrect customer-supplied dimensions.

14. Installation

Where installation services are offered, separate requirements or terms may apply.

Customers must ensure that the installation location is accessible, safe and suitable for the product being installed.

Additional costs may apply where circumstances at the installation site differ materially from information previously supplied.

15. Website Availability

We aim to keep our website available and accurate but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

We may update, suspend or withdraw parts of the website without notice where necessary for maintenance, security or business reasons.

Promotional offers and discount codes may be subject to additional conditions.

Unless stated otherwise:

discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash, may not be combined with other promotions and may be withdrawn or amended at any time.

Specific exclusions or minimum spend requirements may also apply.

17. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

To the extent permitted by law, we will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products.

For business customers, our total liability relating to an order will normally be limited to the value of the affected order, except where the law requires otherwise.

18. Events Outside Our Control

We will not be liable for delays or failure to perform our obligations where this results from events outside our reasonable control.

This may include transport disruption, supplier shortages, equipment failure, severe weather, industrial disputes, power outages or other exceptional circumstances.

19. Privacy

We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use and protect your data.
